VedaSEO Commercial SaaS Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Client," or "Subscriber") and VedaSEO Global Platform (Logocreativearts) ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering for an account or using our platform, APIs, dashboard, or agency features, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Account Registration & Entitlements

You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal corporate authority to enter into this agreement. Account credentials must be kept secure. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your subscription keys and team seats.

2. Commercial Subscriptions & Billing

VedaSEO offers 5 commercial tiers:

• Free Tier (₹0/mo): 1 Project, 1,000 Crawl URLs/mo, 1,000 SEO Credits.
• Starter Plan (₹499/mo): 5 Projects, 10,000 Crawl URLs/mo, 10,000 SEO Credits.
• Professional Plan (₹1,499/mo): 25 Projects, 100,000 Crawl URLs/mo, 100,000 SEO Credits, Decision Engine.
• Agency Plan (₹3,999/mo): 100 Projects, 500,000 Crawl URLs/mo, 500,000 SEO Credits, Agency CRM & White-Label Portal.
• Enterprise Plan (Custom): Unlimited Projects, Dedicated Infrastructure, SSO, Custom Webhooks.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Charges include 18% GST calculation automatically. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings.

3. Acceptable Use & API Rate-Limit Policy

Subscribers agree not to misuse VedaSEO services. Prohibited actions include:

• Exceeding API Gateway v2.0 rate limits (60 requests per minute unless upgraded).
• Reverse engineering our VEDA AI Reasoning algorithms, crawler signatures, or multi-agent blackboard mechanisms.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another tenant's isolated data graph.
• Reselling un-branded raw platform access without an active Agency or Enterprise license.

4. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

You retain 100% full ownership of your data, domain URLs, keywords, and client lists uploaded to the platform. VedaSEO retains all proprietary rights to the underlying code, AI models, decision engines, and branding assets.

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime

We commit to a 99.8% monthly uptime standard for our API Gateway, dashboard infrastructure, and background crawlers, excluding planned maintenance windows communicated in advance.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh, India.
